Reverse Seared Pork Steaks

I'm only showing one picture. Normally I show three or four, but today it's just one. Just this one with the amazing smoke ring, the grill marks on top and that savory sauce:

Best pork steaks I have ever done. I will never do them another way unless I have a time crunch as these take three hours. Click here for the full write up.

The other night, I re-read GrillinFool's complete write-up on these before trying it myself.

I think this cut of pork lends itself better to hot and fast grilling, as I thought it a bit dry.

Used cherry wood for smoke.
