I don't know what to call them but here's the recipe:

1 8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese
4-5 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 Tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp Worchesterchire sauce
2 tubes of crescent roll dough

Unwrap crescent roll dough and keep them in rectangles of two, meshing the serrated parts together to make a whole rectangle of dough. Take a knife and cut dough end to end & down the middle to make 8 triangles.

Combine the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Take 1 tsp of filling and place in the middle of the triangle. Fold on all sides to make an envelope making sure to press the ends in.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet covered in parchment.

Bake 400 for 10-12 minutes til golden brown & serve. :bb:

Here's a tip for anyone using regular Crescent Roll dough in recipes. It's become so popular that Pillsbury now makes Crescent Roll dough WITHOUT the perforations to make them into rolls. It's just a solid sheet of Crescent Roll dough. Can be found in the same section where the regular Crescent Roll dough is found.
