kimchee pizzas are not necessarily always around. when I make my skins that is the pizza ball flattened out. I do it they call a rim which I take my fingers and go around about an inch inside the pizza not compressing the outside rim pushing the pizza out and stretching from left to right with each hand. I tried to make a video last night but it just didn't come out good so I didn't post it. Maybe tomorrow I'll try again the and see if I can do a better job on the video. All in all I think you did a great job on your first from scratch pizza. I think if you try making your own dough with bread flour you will be very pleased with the dough.
