Well, my friend, Kathy, and I tried this tonight, since it looks SO delicious on TV and .... what the heck, it's Good Friday.

It couldn't be easier, and there's no clean-up. But it's just okay.

Maybe the haddock is better, but frankly, I'd rather make my own.
