Lots of times a stuffed and rolled pork loin is overcooked, but yours looks good and juicy!

I cheated today. It was " Happy my Dr. Appointment is over today!"

I had Swanson's TV Dinner. Salisbury Steak Mashed potatoes, and green beans, with a sponge like brownie, all cooked in 5 minutes in the microwave.

I'm going to use them to make something other than sandwiches.

I made these (4) in the crock pot, with peppers, onions, minced garlic, celery salt seasoning blend, tomato sauce + a little v8 juice,dashes of Worcestershire and tossed in some brown sugar.
Served over rice.
It's good.

Properly made Cuban sandwiches. The last couple of times we've gotten them out have been disappointing even though both places were good prior to COVID. It seems to be a growing trend here that restaurants.are skimping on ingredients. Do they think people won't notice? Craig got a pork butt to roast just so we could get decent sammies.

Lunch was a McDouble with cheese and a small fries.

Supper, was pork steaks simmered and braised in onions, and with potatoes.

Tomorrow is Tina's Birthday, and we are having her party with the kids.
NO Cooking. Ordering takeout from the Hong Kong Palace restaurant.

Tina cooked my supper tonight. So flavorful, and without salt.
Yes, she taught me a lot in the kitchen.
I bought her a WOK for her birthday; so she can cook us healthy stir fry meals.
She has everything else.
