Default Bought new Cuisinart Food Processor!

I just bought this Cuisinart machine today!

Haven't used it yet, but I just took it out of the box to check for any damage, & there was none.

It is just a tad too big to fit under the cupboard, but I'm keeping it anyway! It'll fit if I invert the cover and pusher assembly.

It is pretty much a simple basic machine with a few things, such as the slicing/shredding discs, drive stem for the discs, metal rivetless chopping blade & a plastic spatula. But it is heavy and solid!!

It IS very heavy! I bought it mainly because of that.

I figured that since it is so heavy, that it must be solid enough to stay put on the countertop during use. And not strut its stuff when doing big jobs!

I used it for the first time today!

Chopped some meat roughly, then some onion, celery and carrots to make some soup! It got me out of the kitchen FAST!!
