i wasn't muck better. i got 4 wrong.

besides something like sauerbraten, who the heck marinated steak more than 2 days?

i've tried it, for about 4 days, and the meat turned mushy, with the consistency of bad liver. :yuk:

4 wrong! & i'm ServSafe certified with an "A" in the class. 'course, that was like 3.5 years ago!

:lol::lol: When you are as bad a cook as I have always been, you fear actually killing your guests! Therefore, I have studied carefully all the food safety stuff you can find. Sadly, a safe cook does not make a better cook.:sad:
