Romano's Macaroni Grill Chicken Florentine

Salads are often the biggest blood-pressure boosters on the menu, since the innocent leaves play perfect host to a flurry of briny toppings and dangerous dressings. Here, salt-laden olives, capers, and Parmesan collide with Macaroni Grill's massive portions and its cooks' affinity for the saltshaker.

My god! That's 2⅓ teaspoons of salt -- nearly a tablespoon -- in one serving, over twice the RDA! Yuck!

My daughter would love that!
She'll dump the salt shaker on the counter and eats fingerfuls of just salt.

Yes, my daughter is a freak.
Not sure where she got it from......
Maybe the lego went farther up than I thought....

ugh... I am a terrible under salter... I would rather have to little... my youngest brother salts his ketchup... gross.

The macaroni grill seems to pop up on these lists alot.

I actually like salty over sweet. Don't really care for sweets at all.

Does MSG contribute to sodium content?

Yes it is Monosodium glutamate and anything that has sodium in it is pretty has salt. It comes in a lot of our foods such as can soups etc. Some people have problems with it other don't.
