1 baby Edam or Gouda Cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c French dressing (red)

Remove small core of cheese from the center, leaving rind intact. Carefully scoop out chunks of cheese.

Mix mayo and dressing and fill empty rind. Insert toothpicks into cheese chunks and arrange around cheese rind for dunking.

OMG, how easy and tasty is this????

I would chop some chives or green onions in the dressing mix.

Thanks for the chance to edit a mistake. I had mis instead of mix in the last line.

I'm a little disappointed though. I thought I had a perfect record for 2008 and now I see I misspelled something. :yum:
