A Central Valley dairy issued a recall Tuesday of nearly 2,500 citrus punch bottles because some of them could contain a small amount of milk.
Producer Dairy Foods said people who are allergic or sensitive to milk risk serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if consume the product. However, there have been no reports of illnesses.
The affected batch of one-gallon Tampico Citrus Punch containers have a Sept. 17 expiration date and the Fresno plant number 06-4199 on the lower left corner of the label, the company said.
The bottles were distributed to retailers in parts of Central and Northern California.
