Taco Biscuit Bake
1 lb ground beef
2/3 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 tubes (12 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 can (15 oz) chile con carne
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa, sour cream, black olives, avocado, green onions, etc. to garnish
Brown beef in a large skillet; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to boil and stir until thickened.
Quarter the biscuits and place in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour in meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375, for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve with your favorite garnishes.
