6 oz strawberry gelatin
2 c boiling water
20 oz frozen strawberries
1 (1lb 4 oz) crushed pineapple
2 large ripe bananas
1 c sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 c heavy cream, whipped
1 c mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add unthawed strawberries and stir until berries are separated. Add undrained pineapple and bananas. Mix well. Pour half of gelatin mixture into 9" square pan. Chill until set. Let remaining mixture stand at room temperature.
Whip together sour cream and cream cheese. Spread over the first gelation layer. Top with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until set.
Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Cut salad into small squares and place on lettuce. Top each square with a spoonful of the cream/mayonnaise mixture.
