Rice and Olive Salad

3/4 c uncooked rice
1/2 c pimento, chopped
1/2 c green onion, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/3 c stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tbsp vinegar
dash of cayenne

Cook rice according to package directions. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Can be chilled or served at room temperature.
