Default What to do with stale blue tortilla chips?

I love these things, but I let half a bag of them get stale.

I don't toss away anything if I don't have to.

Ideas?

Lee

Do they taste funny? If not try putting a few of them on a cookie sheet in the oven to dry them out. If that works do the rest.

Or use them in nachos. Put a layer of them in a pan and a layer of cheddar cheese. Put the pan in the oven at 350 and melt the cheese. Add salsa and top with avacado and maybe sour cream. Heat a can of refried beans and you've got a great quick dinner.

Crush 's up really fine and use them as panko in meat loaf.

I would crush them and use them to make a crust on something instead of bread crumbs, for example in an au gratin dish.
