Peep's Romano and Parmesan Cheesy Chips

Equal amounts of grated Romano and Parmesan cheeses
Chopped fresh flat parsley - to taste

Place in bowl and mix well. Line sheet pan with parchment paper and place mounds of cheese about 1 -2 inches apart. Bake in 350°F oven till cheese melts and turns slightly brown. Remove from oven (while soft and hot you can mold into curls if you would like to make them look fancy) and slide parchment paper onto rack to cool. Serve with pasta, salads or as a cheesy snack.

Love the idea, peep! An easy lo-carb snack!

I might add a little garlic powder.

Re: Peep's Cheesy Chips

I've done this with cheddar cheese many times. I'll have to try it with the Parm and Romano. Thanks!

You can also make a bigger "chip", and as soon as you remove it from the griddle, drape it over an inverted bowl. Allow to harden. Use the cheese "bowl" for your Caesar salad.

I was wondering what those were from the other night, Peeps.
Thanks for posting. I had no idea you could do this with cheese.

Get yourself some silicone sheets and you'll be in business. Make these and the pepperoni chips.
