Frosty Morn Smokin

Was our first frost this morning. I fired the smoker and the grill today. I did 7 fatties and 2 Boston Butts for folks at work. I also did drunken chicken on the grill. I decided at the last minute to add some sausage to the smoker. I finally got to sit down to supper just now. Loooooong day.

The sausage on the plate is a locally made natural casing sausage my daughter bought. Might be the best I ever did. She will be bringing more of that home soon. Good stuff!

Those fatties look incredible! I've even eaten one, never mind cook one.
