I just pulled a thick ribeye out of the freezer.
Got lotsa choices for sides.

Most of them are. I had a boss who personally knew Martha Stewart when she lived in Nutley. Said she was the biggest *itch around. Even before she made it big. And so was her daughter. Always acted like their ... well you know what I mean.

We had stovetop grilled strip steak, buttered noodles and spinach.

I boned the turkey breast. I’ll roast the skin on, boneless breast halves tomorrow.

The bones, skin and scraps were roasted and are simmering for stock.

Tina volunteers to cook and serve at the church, and she brought home soup from the church soup kitchen; plus some meatloaf. For dessert....she brought home strawberry swirl cheesecake.
A whole one, and 4 slices. They told her to take it home. They would only throw it in the trash. What a shame.

I keep forgetting to buy tarragon when I shop, for the snap peas.
