I made eggs over, home fries, bacon and homemade biscuits for breakfast and a pot coconut coffee.

Dinner will be steak either with potatoes, gravy and broccoli OR beef and broccoli stir fry with rice on side.

I stopped for a coffee and cheese danish on the way home from Mass this morning.

As for dinner, not real sure.
I want fried fish, ham or chicken pot pie lol

Joe! .... 10 lbs. pork? ...
"Madonna mia"....that's a feast for a few meals.
The rest is in the freezer for future meals. I lost 50% of the weight in fat and bone through cooking. DW made extra gravy from the huge amount of drippings and froze that as well. A local store had the shoulders on sale for $1.49/lb, so I bought two of them. The other one was broken down into 4 smaller roasts and put in the freezer.

Had meatless last night - tostadas with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, and a dollop of Daisy sour cream

Thanks Sass.... Tina did the chicken.

Yeah! The chewing dad is something.
Everyone says, "Dad don't take my pic when I'm chewing!" I said,"Cheesh, maybe we should all wear masks over our mouths; cause we are ALWAYS Chewing something in this house!"

There is one cheese that Tina gets peved at me for the way I say it.

I think it's Gruyere cheese... I call it Pronounced ( Grew- yeer )

Good taste in Island Shirts!
:thankyou:

Yeah! I noticed that once before from a pic you posted with the little one at her party.

Tinababy picked that one out for me.

There was another one she picked out last year, and she didn't notice it had three big lake Bass Fish in the pattern.
I wore it to saturday Mass once, and she happened to make out the pattern because she had her glasses on to read the prayerbook.

She said,"Why did you wear that shirt to church?" Did you know there were fish on it?' .... I said,"Yeah; so what's the big deal?"
She said, You don't wear a fish shirt to church!"

I felt like saying,"Yeah; so you shouldn't wear your clown dress either!" ..... I shut up though, cause we were going to the bakery after church, and I wasn't gonna spoil that wonderful experience. LOL

:yum: That's pretty funny. I'm glad you only thought it and didn't say it. Otherwise, you might be sittin' on the moon instead of with us here today.
