Deviled Eggs For Breakfast

6 eggs, hard boiled, sliced and yolks separated
1/4 c plain yogurt or sour cream
2 T dijon mustard
1 T vinegar
6 small breakfast sausages or 6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled/diced)
1 c shredded hash brown potatoes-fried til brown and crisp
ketchup
salt and pepper
----
Combine yolks, sour cream, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper until creamy.
Add bacon or sausage.
Place a heaping spoonful of yolk mixture in sliced half of egg white.
Top with ketchup and some of the hash browns.

There are some very creative cooks over there at the TMB. That looks like a very tasty combination, but it's not something that I would have ever thought to put together. Thanks for the idea and recipe :flowers:.
