La Choza's grand opening was over a week ago.

We had been planning on being there for the opening, but the Warden's been under the weather, and we just didn't make it.

So I decided to go over there, get a menu, get a feel for the place and carry something home,

Mt favorite on any Mexican menu are the Burrito's, so that's what we decided on...
Burrito Deluxe... Shrimp, Siced Rib-eye, Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, topped with some sort of Cheese, served with Yellow Rice..... Fried Plantains were $3 more......
A problem right away.... my Burrito did not have any tomatoes.....
The Rice was dry and required some butter...
The Plantains were done very nicely, but the coating was sorta sweet...

We'll try some other things off the menu, but the first experience was pretty much a Taco Bell experience. Maybe if we eat in, the experience will be better...

Man, that looks good and not a taco bell experience at all to me lol

Yup, never fails, when getting take out they often forget something, especially if the place is busy.

Looks similar to El Mezcal, where we get ours.
