Crispy Egg Roll Wrap Appetizers

1 large egg
2 t sesame oil
8 egg roll wrappers
4 t sesame seeds
1 c chopped green onions
2 T peanut oil
soy sauce

Beat egg and sesame oil together.
Brush one side of wrapper with the mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the onions and 1 t sesame seeds.
Brush another wrapper with egg/oil mixture and press it (wet side down) ontop of the other, pressing to seal.

Repeat with the other 6 wrappers, making 4 in all.

Heat the peanut oil in skillet on medium high.
Fry each for about 1 minute per side, til golden.
Cut into pieces and serve with soy sauce.
