Cucumber Rice Salad

1/2 c water
1/2 c Italian dressing
1 c instant rice
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1 (7 oz) pkg frozen green peas, uncooked
1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Place water and dressing in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add rice and ocver until cool. Add and toss the remaining ingredients to blend with the rice.

refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
