I used to take the GNC Women's Ultra Mega, but it was a bit pricey considering the dosage per day, but not as pricey as was the one I'd been taking before, VitaMedica... or the one before that even
Nature's Way Alive seems to take care of those important nutrients I am missing in my diet, because I feel fabulous after being on them for 2 weeks, and they are very affordable!
So.. do you take any supplements, or do you figure you're getting enough of everything from your diet that you need?
Funny, I never needed supplements when I was following a strict vegetarian/vegan diet, felt fine with the vast array of foods I was eating in balance.
Now, however.. I do need extra nutrients it seems.
Perhaps I should just go back to being veggie.
