What type of Roaster do you have?

Ok guys & gals, the holiday season is not too far away from us now.

So, what type of roaster do you have, or are you planning to buy one?

Here are my two below.

One takes a small to medium bird, the one in the bottom pic takes larger size ones.

Here's an even smaller much older one that I've had since the mid '70s.

I still use it because it is and remains unbeatable for doing small roasts, stews and Boston Baked Beans! :chef:

I have an old Wagner Magnalite oval roaster but I usually forget about it as in tonight, I did not thing about it until I read this post and and am using my big le creuset with a "rack" make out of onions or celery or something for a roast.

Mine is similar to the pic. Non stick, heavy guage aluminum. It's still not exactly what I want but it's good for now. I can put it over two burners without the pan deforming too much, unlike thinner pans.

I also have a 8 qt Calphalon dutch oven that we roast in too. Usually just put a bed of root veg instead of a rack.
