Supper was exactly what Tina was wishing for.
I call it.. Chinese Sweet & Sour burgers... with carrots and celery and onions.
Usually we eat it with rice, but she wanted mashed taters.
Dessert was Fabulous. Blueberry Cobbler It is so easy, I had to bake it in the toaster oven. I wasn't about to fire up the oven in this heat! hahahahahaha...
