What to do with Triguisar?

It's a powdered mixed seasoning I picked up at a local Latin American grocery store. The box says "Uses: Soups, Sauces, Stews, Tamales, Meats. This product must be cooked with the foods." The ingredients include cumin, pepper, salt, garlic and annatto.

Has anyone ever cooked with this seasoning? It's not clear how much to use in a given recipe. From what I can find Googling, it's popular in Colombia. Thanks.
