It's a totally out of control elephant ear (Colocasia).

The Pac Man is a (blue Ribbon) cake, in case you didn't pick up on that...

It would be cool to go to a fair like that and be allowed to buy contest entries!

Twenty Years ago, you could place a bid on certain winners, like canned goods and foodstuffs, but that stopped, I'm not sure when... I haven't gone in probably eight years or so (66 mile drive round trip) but the one major difference this visit was the field that serves as a parking lot is now controlled by the local volunteer Fire Department, and they get $10 for parking ! ... and the Pig races are gone ... (sigh!)

I'm not sure.... (the Degeneration, y'know !)
But I think the two plants are Habs and Scotch Bonnets...
