Sausage/Egg Casserole

1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
8 beaten eggs
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c milk

Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish. Chill at least 6 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Can add sauted green pepper and onion

I made this, in the refrigerator, and will bake it in the morning to take to church for the yearly business meeting and luncheon.

More people probably don't bring something John, because they know you are going to bring something fab.

I wish that were true. This is only the third time I’ve been to church since the start of pandemic and social unrest. There are a lot of new folks attending and a lot left. The lady vicar we had alienated a lot of folks. The new priest is a stand up man.
