I got some HUGE "jumbo" bone-in split chicken breasts @ $1.29/lb. So that will be dinner. Not sure if they will be fried or baked. Sides are undecided. Candidates are - baby red and yukon taters (mashed, baked, roasted or fried), stuffing or biscuits. Veggies will be broccoli and/or carrots (steamed or roasted) and a few mushroom caps also need to be used some how.

What's on your menu?

Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and bread. Not sure what green veggie I'll make. Maybe a salad.

I used the leftover beef, veggies and gravy to make individual pot pies tonight.

Wow! Everyones meals look so great!! Ummm!

Soup (chicken; mommy made ) was cookin on the stove..and the electric skillet had the fresh Kielbasi she picked up yesterday in PA. The onions that "T" had in with the Kielbasi ...and the soup cooking was a bit overcoming for DD who was here today baking More Cookies.

She Hates the smell of onions any way. Just one whiff and she spazes out.
