Reverse Seared Bison Tenderloin Marinated in Coffee Stout

Holy Moses, is bison tenderloin fantastic. I mean, like, uh, wow!! I've had bison steaks before and they were really good, but this was something to a whole other level.

Looking good, GF. I reverse sear often but never heard of stout for a marinade so of course I'm going to try it. ;)
