Din Tai Fung - Taiwanese Dining

Yesterday my #3 son invited us to go out to eat at Din Tai Fung in the South Center Mall. Our granddaughter's mother is a waitron there and waited on us. The place was packed and had a 30 minute wait for a table - the mall was hugely busy as well. It was nice to see.

We had several different kinds of dumplings, pot stickers, ribs, baby bok choy, green beans, soup, and dumpling and rice desserts. It was all good but next time I go will try the the noodle soup or fried rice.

The first dumpling was crab and pork. The big dumplings I liked but not sure what was in them. I'm going to have to study the menu more before I go next time.
