Default Simply Ming on PBS

I watched this on my dinner break at work and found it very enjoyable.

Check out Iron Chef Japan, Chef Yuji Wakiya and the Soy Cream Crab Ramen.
Mmmmmm!!

Haven't watched Simply Ming, but I'll give it a shot when I run across it.

I loved his East Meets West cooking show, and have done lots of fusion cooking myself since he gave me the idea!
