We're having dinner guests tonight. I'm going to pull out some aluminum foil and steam grouper, potatoes, and a veggie on the grill.

I took a run to Trader Joe’s to pick up a few things.
Lunch: French style flat bread with ham, carmelized onions and Gruyere cheese & salad.

I also picked up 2 balls of pizza dough (1 whole wheat & 1 garlic & herb) so that will probably be dinner and the ground beef will be pushed back till tomorrow.

Not sure yet. It's gonna be something easy. It's been a crazy day. My cell phone is officially dead and my car is in the shop and won't be ready until Tuesday.

Oh, that potato soup looks SO appetizing - and the flat bread from TJs looks wonderful, along with your signature beautiful salad, Peeps. I think it actually looks better than the pic on the package - did you add something? We've had a busy day, with little computer time, so I feel out of the loop today -LOL. I did make an old recipe for Chicken Fricassee that I have been making for many years. It was yummy, and we had some fresh green beans with it.

Last night we had BBQ Pulled pork in homemade corn tortilla's along with all the fixings. Sour cream Hot sauce etc..
It was pretty good other than I didn't care too much for the BBQ recipe on the pork.
