Shaffer Style Taco Soup!

1 pound ground beef or venison
2 medium onions
3 large cloves garlic (or more to taste!!! )
1 large can pinto beans
1 large can corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 package taco seasonings ( or fajita if you want a change of pace)
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
2 cups water ( or beef broth for a stronger flavor)
salt and pepper

Brown your meat with 1/2 of a diced onion and the diced garlic.
Drain fat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for an hour.

Oh boy! Another great new soup idea for me to take to work for lunches!

I'm going to add a poblano and get a bag of shredded Mexican blend cheeses to top it with!
