What are some of your favourite quick, simple salads?

For me, it has to be one I like to make often - it's simply roughly chopped iceberg or romaine with sugar/mayo dressing and chopped walnuts.

Luckytrim's smoked gouda and tomato salad (with Italian dressing).

A wedge salad with crumbled bacon and blue cheese dressing.

Chopped romaine (I just take the whole head and start slicing, like a giant chiffonade), green onions, Greek pepperocinis (they are milder than Italian), Good Seasons Italian dressing, and croutons.

Takes 2-3 minutes.

When the tomatoes are good, I like a very simple mixture of tomato, cucumber, red onion, and some kind of vinaigrette. Spinach salad takes a little more time, but I like that one too.
