Added crunchy cabbage, swiss and a little creamy French.
Cheetos too.

I made kind of a concoction last night that turned out pretty good. While I was cooking some Tyson Crispy Chicken Tenders in the oven, I stir fried some chunky onion and celery. I cut the chicken tenders into bite sized pieces, put them over the onion/celery, and drizzled all with Panda Express orange sauce.

Not nearly as good as Panda Express, but passable and still putty good :readytoeat:

DD will pick up our free smoked ham tonight (so long as they have any left).

So have 3 options:

1 - fried ham slice and poached eggs on toasted English muffin (possibly some steamed asparagus also) with hollandaise sauce
OR fried ham and eggs with toasted English muffin or biscuits

2 - fried ham slice, mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe (olive oil and garlic)

3 - split pea soup

Jimmy had 2 Hebrew National hot dogs on white bread, and this great Tomato salad ... Olive oil, water, sugar , salt , garlic, Oregano...Vinegar. The tomato was a beauty from Canada.

It's no fun building one stuffed pepper..... what's the verdict on thos Banquets ??
Two came in the frozen package, and I ate mine in 4 bites. Tina ate the filling only, and said it was god tasting.
I thought it was mostly rice in the filling. The peppers tasted like a pepper, but the skins were not edible.

Jimmy, I looked for Stouffer's stuffed peppers.
None to be found. Boo!

I did finally get a rotisserie chicken!
I'll have some of that and Amish potato salad.
No cooking tonight, just plating lol

Well things are looking good so far.
My baguettes are rising. First run on these. I have one of those double baguette pans. They look kind of strange at the moment. Hopefully after the rise and bake they will look "normal" or at least taste good. LOL
The shrimp is boiled and chilling for shrimp cocktail.
Cocktail sauce is made and melding in fridge.
Garlic butter is made and melding also.

The bird wasn't that big, but I've got enough left for work lunches this weekend. Potato salad too.

I'll have some rice pudding and a Tate's Bake Shop cookie for dessert.
I'm being bad on Good Friday.
