Supper was a failure today.
Tina pulled out a vacuumed packet of calves liver. Soaked it in milk, and fried it with onions. Huh! .... I took one bite, and threw it all away. It tasted freezer burnt.
The use by date was 08/18/2018. Tina didn't eat it. She is a liver hater.

Thank you Lee, and Medtran, and I always say, "If they want more sauce, they can use what I put in a pitcher. It's the same with pasta or spaghetti. I don't want it swimming in sauce, and especially a watery sauce.

We had pizza delivery last night. I didn't like it.

So tonight who knows. Maybe clam chowder or linguine with clam sauce. YBDL

Thank you Sass. Looks good! When did you make it? You should post that in Dee's thread along with a new one from this time. Then and Now.

I'm working on another "Let's Talk" thread.

Feel better, Peeps.
Dinner is an invite to a friend's Mother's place.
It's going to be Italian brown sugar chicken?
Can't wait to try it.

I won't be getting any pictures.
It's a sit down dinner in a large fancy home.
I'd feel very awkward lol

Takeout. Craig had red curry with chicken and fried rice. I had sushi, a vege roll and a shrimp tempura roll, well, half of each. We have dessert from the Italian bakery since we went there to get some special cheeses. Craig couldn't make up his mind so I told him I wanted oreo cheesecake and then went to get the cheese, while he decided what he wanted.

Wonderful!

Last night's dinner was fabulous.
Gorgeous tasting chicken thighs, homemade bacon scalloped potatoes and asparagus.
Vanilla bean ice cream and strawberries.

I'm working the next 3 days on 12 hr shifts.
No cooking!

I did a lot of cooking today.
Pictures of the four salads are posted here Let’s Talk … Salads
I will prep the ribs with a coat of my BBQ rub blend and rest overnight. Smoked on the Stove top smoker. Then basted with sauce and under broiler or on the Char Broil tomorrow.

Plus Strawberries macerating destined for shortcake.
