I love instant pot pressure cooker stew. I do the meat first under pressure for 35 minutes then add the veggies to meat in pot and pressure cooker for 3 - 5 minutes. The meat is tender and veggies are perfect.I am home alone- So Left Overs Plus- Last nights stew was so good from the pressure cooker. Except the potato's melted too much. So I added Hamburger, + more potaato's and carrots. and put the pressure cooker on slow cooker. YUM. a couple slices of Wonder Bread (I dread them bread police) and a glass of Milk. I like Lucky's idea, Maybe over mashed potato's. Never enough potato's. Have a great Weekend all.
