I love just about any other kind of egg. Over medium is my favorite, but too many scrambled eggs and I start to get queasy.

if you put a dozen devilled eggs in front of me, keep your hands and feet back!

and don't blink.

i love devilled eggs.

Omlettes.... YUM!

I always start with 2 eggs, some pepper and full fat milk, beat it up real nice....

Then for the filling... my favorite has to be feta cheese and fresh basil leaves, it is such a good combination!

2 eggs, whole milk, a tablespoon of butter, pepper-
stuffed with caramelized onions, peppers, bacon ..
Shredded cheddar to finish and sometimes salsa or hot sauce.

A recent favorite is burrito style; stuff with taco seasoned ground beef, refried beans, cheese and top with salsa and a dallop of sour cream.

Mushroom, blue cheese and chilli.
Adding a drop of water to the omelette mix keeps it light.
I like my eggs JUST firm.
