Linda, in the kitchen ...makes those big delicious salads with everything on them.
I'll probably have one of those.
Not sure what else.
I pick around on the snack carts too over the course of 12 hours.

Big t-storm right now. My power went off 3X already. Only flickers on and off. Just enough to reboot my modem, A/C and cable box and all the other electronics. I'll wait to reset all the clocks till it's over. Black outside lots of booms.

Peeps (and Lucky).. yup there was a huge sudden downpour here as well.
Sure didn't drop the temperature at all.
Turns out we didn't go to Casa Vieja.
There is a place downtown in Archbold that used to be called Stella Blue.
Now it's "Downtown Restaurant".
They have everything you can think of on their menu.
Lots of Cuban food too.
Loved it.

Failure for supper.... due to the lack of listening to the correct method of grilling.
Chicken wings were on the menu, and Tina wanted to cook them on the grill.
I mentioned to place them on the unlit side, but leave the foil off, after the first hour.
Well..... they were cooked......the bones pulled right off. The skin was loose, and wet.
Not one crunch to be found. I ate one, dissected, by me. That was it.
Someone else can eat them.

I fried spaghetti in oil and butter. Some of the spaghetti was crunchy.

My DD cooked us an excellent dinner.
Seafood: Lobster Tail, Scallops, Cod,&
an excellent Shrimp Alfredo. She did
not know to cut the Lobster through
the top/hard shell. Lobster Meat was
perfect anyhow.

It's Eye-Poke Day (Six weeks Already ??)

Got ground beef yesterday ($4.99 per #- OUTRAGEOUS !)

So, probably Pan Dancing, or, as most call it, "American goulash"....

Being here is California; Homes, Rents, & Gasoline, are way too high-
But our food is a lot cheaper TG! $3. a Pound for 80/20 Hamburger, $5.99 for Strip Steaks.

I had to do a grocery run this morning. I have ground chicken to make the Chicken/Pineapples meatballs that Sass made with beef. That's planned for this weekend.

Tonight is probably going to be a simple ham sandwich.
