OK..... I have a lot of frozen green beans. French cut and cross cut. What in the heck can I do with them?
Outside of olive oil with cracked pepper and sea salt, I cant think of anything. I dont have any bacon or cheese for melting either.

Take the frozen green beans, sit outside on the balcony, and throw them at passers-by for fun.

That or a green bean casserole...

Stir some through rice as it is cooking. Makes a colourful rice presentation.

Toss them with olive oil and S&P and roast at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. When done, toss with chopped herbs - whatever you're using in your main dish. Rosemary, thyme, chives, parsley, etc.

I also like them Italian-style. Chop a small onion and a clove of garlic and saute till soft. Add green beans and saute a few minutes. Add a can of diced tomatoes and some oregano and simmer about 20 minutes. These are best with the cross-cut beans.
