ISO TNT - BBQ Beef Short Ribs...

I know that TNT usually stands for "Tried and True", but I already have my rub and sauce.

In this case I'm looking for Time and Temperature to cook these ribs in the oven (it's raining today :neutral:). They are already cut, which I imagine would make a difference.

I've done beef shortribs 3-2-1 before with excellent results indirect on my grill. I used Dr Pepper as the liquid.
I know Lee posted a beef shortrib recipe here that she did in the oven. I'm pretty sure it wasn't under the Q forum though. Try doing an advanced search for "short ribs" and QSis as the poster. They looked excellent.

the ones my grocery store carries are cut already as well. I just salt, pepper, oil mine then smoke them for a few hours. Baste with thinned out BBQ sauce the last 45 minutes or so. Funny, I just bought another package yesterday.
