Default Smoked Peach Cobbler

2 cans peaches, large cans; or use fresh peaches
1 cup peach brandy
1/4 pound butter
1 cup milk
2 cups flour

Melt butter in a 8x11x3 pan, add peaches and brandy, mix milk and flour pour into pan, stir one time and put into smoker at 225*F

Takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
