pizza in and out of oven video

Please turn the sound down on your speakers... I haven't learned how to turn the sound off on my camera yet, sorry
this is my first try at this, so please cut me some slack. I'm just learning and will get better at it with practice I hope. I'm not sure how to to load this on here where the You Tube picture will come up with just the play arrow I may need some help, but here goes see if it works?

I guess I should say a little something about these. The first one is a dressed pizza on a peel that has some cornmeal and a little bit of semolina flour on it to make the pizza slide off the peel.

The second is removing the pizza from the stone in the oven on to a pizza pan to be cut and served. Then I use a bench scraper/dough cutter, to remove the excess cornmeal from the stone in the oven. Scrape it onto another pizza pan to dispose of, then the stone is clean enough that it will not burn and smell of the house. Also is ready for another pizza if desired. I just put the pan under the stone and stick it with a fork and pull it onto the pan. Hard to describe very easy to see. Hope this works! . If not, maybe one of the moderators can help me with the post. I know the links work. I'm just not sure if I'm posting them the right way.

I'm using the edit button feature here it worked for me. You know what they say: Even a blind squirrel gets a nut once in a while.. Or something like that I guess I just got lucky. One thing I have learned so far, to turn the volume off sorry about that. I'll have to check that out, on my birdlike camera. I have two dough balls left. Maybe I should make one on how I shape and stretch my dough. The only thing is my dough is not the average pizza dough and acts differently than yeast doughs. I'll give it a try. Maybe tonight?

Good videos Guts!
Hey, I kept the sound up.. I rather liked the scraping sound against the pizza stone. lol

Nice clips! The noise level was just fine on my tiny netbook. In fact, pizza making should be noisy with the peel scraping the hearth. :)))
