4 baked potatoes - still hot
some butter
carton sour cream
tin of asparagus pieces
100g grated cheese
salt & pepper
Cut the potatoes in half, scoop insides and add to butter in a bowl.
Add sour cream, drained asparagus, grated cheese, salt & pepper to taste.
Mix togteher.
Spoon into empty potato cases and top with more grated cheese (I didn't have enough so omitted this)
Bake in hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
