hashbrowns,homefries - use what u have
leftover taco meat - you can use chirizo or what u have
add to top of potatoes
scramble some eggs - i cooked the eggs in the same skillet i used to heat the leftover meat for some flavor
add cheese - i used naco cheese and some marble cheese. add salsa if desired. add sour cream and green onions
and this one is just because i am playing with an extreme close up of my camera..lol
