Well.... I was still hungry, and I figured I would make something that Tina would eat tomorrow.
I made tuna and toasted breadcrumbs and garlic; over spaghetti. It is eaten with lemon juice sprinkled on it. I had some tonight. :thumb:

Food shopping day.

Brunch was rotisserie chicken, stuffed grape leaves, deli potato salad, feta cheese, deli 4 bean salad. And tomato juice.

These salad mixes I got for two'fer 1.
It's got all kinds of greens, cabbages and kale, like an Asian mix.
I'll open a can of tuna, slice some eggs and there we go.
It's hotter than blue blazes outside which makes me feel less than carb cravin' happy.

The tuna is buried under the eggs, etc..
Love that sesame dressing and the crunch from the sesame sticks and cashews.

Man, I hate frost bitten rolls / buns too!

Bread, I will eat, if only less than 2 weeks frozen. I will freeze raisin bread, but only wrapped in foil first. The kids when they were small, would eat those Ego waffles.
They were all ice crystals, and smelled like the refrigerator.

A take on Momofuku's pork belly buns. One has a spread of hoisin and Sriracha. The other has a homemade variant of Chinese hot mustard.

Had spaghetti with tuna.... DD went to the Chester Butcher Shop, and brought home a bag of wings. I cooked like 15 of them in the toaster oven, at 300 Degrees for 2 hours.
Just salt, pepper, onion powder.
Then, DD baked 14 mini- loaf meatloaves. I ate one. I am ready to burst! hahahahahaha

Okay, there's a Chicken Leg & Thigh out since noon............ hopefully it will be ready for the oven by four/four Thirty.... I'll roast a couple of Baby Yukons, and add some onions to the Black Beans that didn't make it into the rice last night.... Some Greens of some sort...... and the last of the Tomato Relish.... I think I'm set !:tiphat:

Yes. Cut the piece in 2 big chunks to cook. Refrigerated in broth so fat would separate. Took that off. Kept the broth (pork gelatin actually) for a noodle dish later on. Chunked up the pork belly and fried the pieces up a bit to give some crust and warm up obviously.



shhh... I cooked it with the skin on so I sliced that off after cooking, dried it in the oven at 200, then made chicharrones. They were hiding behind the buns.

I been working out in the garden all morning- We just had a small (4.4) earthquake.
DD came running out of the house-
Easy Lunch.
Spaghetti Sauce sandwich and an Actifia (Black Cherry)

Tina picked up two slices of pizza and I had leftover cauliflower.

Lunch was potato soup and crackers from an Aldi market Tina stopped at in Livingston I think?
