(tasty but low heat)
3 ripe avacados
2 ripe medium sized tomatoes (seeded, if desired), chopped
1-2 green chilis, seeded and finely chopped
1 small clove garlic finely chopped
1 small onion,either grated of chopped
1/2 tsp. coarse kosher salt
pinch of fresh ground black pepper
Juice of 1-2 fresh limes, (about 1-2 TBS.)
Peel, pit, and mash avacados (A potato masher works great)
Combine with all other ingredients in a medium bowl with one pit buried in
the center. (to prevent browning. Myth or not, it can't hurt)
Refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving. Stir before serving.
