I actually watch the channel quite often . It has taught me quite a bit . My Wife and FIL are incredible chefs . My FIL even studied in France at some cooking school after he retired . Boy ,that man can cook !!! I try to stay current so I don't look like such a knucklehead when they are talking food . His Wine cellar is to die for . 600 bottles from all over the world . That is one place I stay out of . Some of those wines are well worth over a $1000 a bottle ! Yipes !!!

ahh, the food network, I won't say one way or another but Public Access TV has some "Iron Chef" Competitors.

Yeah I agree 110%. There are some fantastic chefs and cooks on PBS! I like that mexican food fella and the outdoors grilling guy. :thumb:
