Couple of ideas, Andy.

First, lilylove posted a terrific idea for a crabmeat dip that you serve with butter and baked wontons.

Crab Rangoon Dip and Wonton Crackers (lilylove)

1 oz package cream cheese ( room temp)
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 six oz can crab meat
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
20 drops (or to taste) hot sauce
salt - to taste
1 small jar sweet and sour sauce
30 Won tons
4 T Butter
Parm cheese

Dip
Mix the cream cheese milk and garlic powder together.
add the crab, onion, onion powder and salt
microwave 2 minutes
spread in a flatish dish
Top with spoonsfull of the Sweet and sour sauce

Won Ton crackers

Brush cookie sheet with 4 tablespoons melted butter
Cut Won Ton wrappers in half to form triangles arrange on butter pan
Sprinkle with Parm cheese.
bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

Then, there's my favorite Asian appetizer, Crab Rangoon

Here's one recipe I found somewhere - they are all similar.

The photos are mine.

"This Asian appetizer relies on ready-made wonton wrappers for its crunchy coating; minced cilantro gives the seafood stuffing a modern kick." You can make these in advance of the festivities, and freeze on trays until party time."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (14 ounce) package small
won ton wrappers
2 (8 ounce) packages cream
cheese, softened
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
root
2-3T chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 pound crabmeat, shredded
1 quart oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet or deep fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, parsley, green onion and crabmeat.
3.
Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the won ton wrapper over the stuffing to make a triangle or a half moon, depending on the shape of the won ton wrappers you have purchased. Moisten the edges with a little water, and seal. Place prepared won tons under a slightly moist paper towel until ready for frying.
4.
Add 3 or 4 wontons to the hot oil, and cook until golden brown, turning once. Set aside on paper towels to drain. Repeat until all wontons have been fried. Serve hot.

You can make baked wonton cups and fill them with a couple of different types of fillings.
